the fate of Messrs. Ali Dzhaniev, Magomed Adzhiev, Yusup
Dobriev and Yunus Dobriev.
Two months after their disappearance on 28 December 2009, their
whereabouts
remain unknown and the police have so far failed to make any inquiry
